Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit; our logistics team will coordinate a convenient pickup time.

  Inspection Process

  Once your return arrives at our distribution center, our quality control specialists will inspect the item to ensure it remains in its original, like-new condition.

  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
